On a threshold of 2010 Russia requires total modernization. This problem has arisen at tsarism of century back and Jews-Bolsheviks revolution of 1917 could not resolve her. Liberal revolution of 1991-1993 also has not allowed Russia to leave from a vicious circle of stagnation and self-destruction. In modern conditions of oligarchic authority it is simply impossible. Nobody will be hard work for the sake of increase in riches of oligarchs and bureaucrats who has already simply lost conscience, honor and shame.
The Kremlin authority itself is not capable to head modernization differently she will put irreparable impact to the corruption system constructed by Putin. This corruption structure represent basis of a vertical of authority of Putin. Even the Party Uniform Russia formally devoted to Putin and his command, is not capable to carry out modernization of Russia. Actually Uniform Russia is concourse of officials and коррупционеров which to spit on Russian people. No modern party in Russia can execute a task in view. Communists have led up a blind alley the USSR now vegetates on nostalgic memoirs of the population which have embellished socialism in the dreams. Liberals and democrats also cannot lift broad masses on modernization as they also are torn too off simple citizens. Actually and the Kremlin authority it is necessary for political parties to think up the next global deceit and to dissolve Russian people on new feats in the name of the false purposes. A priori the new deceit will not take place, people have got tired ото lie and have precisely learned to distinguish her.
Besides any political structure of Russia is even in the quantitative image is not capable to carry out the project of modernization. Hence, usual political methods of Russia will not possible to make jerk in an economic, spiritual and political life – the country is doomed for stagnation, smashing and destruction.
Whether there are not taken into account forces, the material and human resources, capable to deduce Russia from nonexistence? The answer affirmative is yes. They lay not in a plane of a policy and modern tools of a manipulation people and public consciousness.
The patrimonial aristocracy of Russian people can carry out rescue of Russia only. She will consist of families of descendants of princes of Russia and nobility of Russian empire. The first concern to the ancient patrimonial aristocracy, the second is to rather new aristocracy which has proved in business of construction of the Russian state, in wars, art and a science. They will return the law and the order, will restore historical validity and into the shortest historical terms will transform Russia and Russian people in leaders of a terrestrial civilization.
New modernization of Russia will not be political, but becomes patrimonial. We shall generate new ruling class of the country is the aristocracy based on representatives of ancient surnames and clans of all multinational Russian people. Russia is on a new coil of a spiral in the development. All new is well overlooked old. Only national, native to Russian people the elite is capable to rescue Russia and Russian people from disappearance. The patrimonial aristocracy will acquire with meat of new elite is outstanding representatives from among businessmen, religious figures, scientific, creative intelligence, officers, workers and farmers. Only such aristocracy of Russia will provide prosperity and steady development of our Native land.
