Ideas of liberalism have at first sight progressive character. Personal and public freedom, continuous reforms for reduction of influence of the state by a life of a society. A survival of the strongest and the most adapted for promptly changing world. General globalization, standardization, deleting of the state, ethnic, religious and national borders. Thus it is a priori considered, that private and public freedom is not compatible with totalitarianism. By no means. People instinctively do not want and do not accept in full liberalism.
